The staff is amicable here, the services are superb, and location is wonderful just off the Toshougu temple and the Shinkyo Bridget and the downstairs restaurant which was like a Denny's in the States. The restaurant serves wonderful Western food.

It is also conveniently located near to the temples and close to the station with a free shuttle bus. The rooms are comfortable and offer a serene view of the surroundings. The service is top-notch and breakfast is good with an option for a western-style set meal.
One or two parts of the hotel were worn out and need renovation.

The pool was nice and it came with complementary towels. The location was great, everything you need is within walking distance. Another advantage was that the staff was helpful.
Our Christmas experience wasn't as good as we had hoped. The food was expensive for what it was and quite bland.

The historic charm of this hotel was amazing! The views from the room were lovely and the staff was very welcoming. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to transportation. the breakfast and steakhouse were delicious and the gift shop was a great find.
While the hotel’s historic charm was amazing, it could use some updates. The room was slightly outdated and the bathroom could have used a bit more attention to detail.
